Become a Stockist

EMFYSIS products are available wholesale to Stockists selling to consumers through an established retail store. To become a Stockist, your resale license or State Tax ID information is required. For inquiries, wholesale pricing, or to create an account, please contact us at info@emfysis.com.

Wholesale Information for Stockists

Placing Orders: Wholesale orders can be placed online after creating a wholesale account. For bulk quantity orders, please inquire via e-mail. Bulk products may not be repackaged for retail sales. Unfortunately we cannot accept international orders at this time.

Minimum Purchase: Wholesale products are sold in cases of twelve (12), with a minimum purchase of two (2) cases. Each case can include any combination of products, with a minimum of three units of each product. One corresponding product tester unit will be included with every order. Additional product tester units are available for purchase at wholesale price.

Shipping & Delivery: All orders are processed and shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Wholesale orders are processed and shipped within two (2) business days, and most orders are delivered within two (2) business days from the order ship date via U.S.P.S. First Class or Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified. Shipping cost per wholesale order will be calculated at time of purchase.

Damaged Items: When your shipment arrives, please inspect the contents for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to units in your shipment, please contact us by email at info@emfysis.com.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number to assure prompt service and resolution. Please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier, as needed.

Out-of-Stock Items: In the unlikely event a product is temporarily out of stock at the time of your wholesale order, you will be notified via email or phone of the expected ship date of the backordered product. All backordered products will be shipped as soon as they are available with our complimentary standard shipping service.
