EMFYSIS orders are processed within two (2) business days, depending on product availability. Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping Information

Standard Shipping Services

EMFYSIS offers complimentary, standard shipping with every order.

Standard shipping is via U.S.P.S. First Class or Priority Mail. Most standard shipping orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the order ship date. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, rural domestic addresses, or APO / FPO / PO Box addresses require additional delivery time.

Wholesale orders are not eligible for complimentary standard shipping.

Want it sooner? Expedited shipping services are available for an additional cost.

Expedited Shipping Services

Expedited shipping options includes 2nd-Day, Next Day, and Saturday delivery, and are shipped via UPS unless otherwise noted.

Orders requiring expedited shipping will be processed and shipped the same day if placed by 2:00 p.m. PST. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. PST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Expedited shipments require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise designated by the recipient. If a signature request is waived, EMFYSIS will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Exchanges and Returns

EMFYSIS is committed to providing quality products to our customers, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not happy with a product you purchased on emfysis.com, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Include the original receipt and the reason for and exchange or refund.

If an item you received is damaged, please refer to Damaged Items.

Notify us about your exchange or return. We will send you an email with a pre-paid label along with shipping instructions for your package.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Processing time for returns may take up to ten (10) business days from the time we receive your return package.

If you are making an exchange where the total cost of the exchange is more than the amount of the return, plase include your payment information.

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions for exchanges and refunds.

  • Empty containers will not be accepted for exchanges or refunds.
  • Promotional or gift items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged Items

When your package arrives, please inspect the contents for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if any damage occurred to the item(s) during delivery, please contact us immediately.

Please provide us with your order number along with your phone number to ensure prompt service and resolution. Please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier, as needed.
